Today I advise investors at RealEstate.ae on exactly where to buy on Dubai Islands, plot by plot, with the numbers to back it up.

The model projects rent and value in three scenarios as Island A matures: the mall, souq, beach clubs and golf coming online, and DXB traffic moving to Al Maktoum.
Bay Estate plots must be built on, so the figures include building your villa (ready ~2032).
