I grew up looking out at this stretch of water. I watched it go from open sea, to the islands being filled, to the very first launch, and I've followed every phase since. Today I advise investors at RealEstate.ae on exactly where to buy on Dubai Islands, plot by plot, with the numbers to back it up.

Bay Villas
Nakheel's first villa community on Dubai Islands: a gated, low-density resort setting on Island B's south coast, facing Island E, with 1.3 km of beach and 1.3 km of rock-edge waterfront promenade. It sold out at launch, so it now trades on the secondary market only, and it's the only Dubai Islands project with realised resale gains so far.
