Cheval Residences Dubai Islands
Cheval Residences Dubai Islands is a G+7 building of 99 serviced hotel residences, branded by the hospitality operator Cheval Collection and developed by AVENEW Development with Wadeen Developers. It sits on the beachfront of Island B, with an infinity pool facing the private beach and a rooftop terrace with sea views. Owners get hotel-style services such as concierge, 24-hour security and valet, with à la carte housekeeping, transport and in-residence wellness on request. Anticipated completion is Q1 2029.
