Dubai Islands5 islands. 1 expert.
From someone who's lived opposite them his whole life. Every plot, every launch, every phase.
Here you'll discover the most complete beachfront experience in all of Dubai: an irreplicable masterplan that beats every other area in the city, where entry prices sit 30–50% below inferior comparables.

Born and raised opposite the islands
I grew up looking out at this stretch of water. I watched it go from open sea, to the islands being filled, to the very first launch, and I've followed every phase since. Today I advise investors at RealEstate.ae on exactly where to buy on Dubai Islands, plot by plot, with the numbers to back it up.

ROI calculator
Set the island, unit, bedrooms, floor, view (or position, for villas) and price. Island E uses Bay Estate's villa plots (villas and townhouses are sold out, so those are resale estimates). The model projects rent and value in three scenarios as Island A matures: the mall, souq, beach clubs and golf coming online, and DXB traffic moving to Al Maktoum.
Bay Estate plots must be built on, so the figures include building your villa (ready ~2032).
