I grew up looking out at this stretch of water. I watched it go from open sea, to the islands being filled, to the very first launch, and I've followed every phase since. Today I advise investors at RealEstate.ae on exactly where to buy on Dubai Islands, plot by plot, with the numbers to back it up.

Villa del Brunello
Villa del Brunello is a 49-residence beachfront building by Mr. Eight Development on Dubai Islands, with a ground floor, two parking levels and 12 residential floors. Homes range from two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes with maid's rooms, and the larger units are planned with especially generous bedrooms and living rooms. The lobby has a 10-metre travertine fireplace, Lasvit glass art and B&B Italia and Cassina furniture, and the pool deck is furnished by Dolce & Gabbana Casa. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027 on a 35/65 plan.
