I grew up looking out at this stretch of water. I watched it go from open sea, to the islands being filled, to the very first launch, and I've followed every phase since. Today I advise investors at RealEstate.ae on exactly where to buy on Dubai Islands, plot by plot, with the numbers to back it up.

Villa del Divos
Villa del Divos is a boutique beachfront residence by Mr. Eight Development on the first coastline of Dubai Islands. The building rises G + 2 parking levels + 12 floors and holds 106 homes, from one-bedroom apartments to four five-bedroom rooftop 'Sky Mansions'. Interiors are by Emilio Cipriani with Italian travertine and marble, Tom Dixon sanitaryware, Antonio Lupi bathtubs and SMEG kitchens, and a full amenity floor sits above the lobby. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027 on a 35/65 payment plan.
