I grew up looking out at this stretch of water. I watched it go from open sea, to the islands being filled, to the very first launch, and I've followed every phase since. Villa del Gavi
Villa del Gavi is a beachfront residence by Mr. Eight Development on Dubai Islands, with 87 homes over G + 2 parking levels + 12 residential floors. The mix is mostly two-bedroom apartments, plus three-bedroom, three-bedroom with maid's room and four-bedroom units. Living areas are finished in Italian travertine, bedrooms in carpet and bathrooms fully clad in natural stone. It won Best Luxury Branded Residence, Dubai at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025.
